So how goes it Coach

Well, as you can kinda see things here on the site are going a tad slow, it is to be expected as we are really new and i haven't had the time i really need to promote the site as I should.

I run a few other local sites and have tried to get a few of the die-hard Philly fans here to post but they seem to be stuck on the existing threads on the other sites!!

Soon I will have some more time to get some great people here, and as we grow, of course we will be looking for staff to help the site along. It is great you all are here, you guys are like the first real burst of members we have had that I feel could hang around and put some posts down.

Very interesting, my sis is actually trying to sell her house in Middletown right now, not having much luck.

It is just going to take longer than, what used to be considered, normal provided her listing agent is doing more than just putting it on the MLS. She also needs to be priced at the lower end of her immediate "competition" if her current needs require her to sell sooner rather than later.
