Default Favorite all-time Flyers ?

if i had to narrow it down to just three..

1. Bernie Parent -for his extraordinary clutch goaltending

2. Bobby Clarke - for his hard work and leadership

3. Ron Hextall - for being a nut case

Eh, I'm not limiting myself to three. I was born in Philadelphia in 1974, the year the Flyers won their first Stanley Cup. Growing up I was always a fan, as much as a kid could be, watching games on TV (remember PRISM ?), went to a few games as a kid having gotten tickets as Christmas or Birthday gifts from family. I have always been a fan of the game, used to play any kind of neighborhood hockey there was, and most definately a Flyers fan. Heck, at one point while I was still living at home I had white walls and orange trim in the bedroom, and that's because mom wouldn't let me paint the walls black.

I'm thinking it was the mid to late 80's when I really got into the game and started to "follow" the team. Some of my favorites over the years ...

Tim Kerr
Pelle Eklund
Brian Propp
The Sutters
Rick Tocchet
Dave Poulin
Ron Hextall
Mark Howe
Eric Dejardins
Murray Craven
Chris Therien
Gordy Murphy
Mark Recchi

That's a short list, wanna add to it ?

This is tough, only 3.
Hextal
Brindamour
Leclair

Growing up, my favorites were Dave poulin and Dave Schultz. My first Jersey was a Puolin Jersey and it had the "31"(?) on the sleeves for Pele Lindbergh

Peter Zezel (I'm not really sure why. I just thought Zezel was pretty awesome.)

I never saw Barber or Clarke play but sure, they have to be tops, without them the team just wouldn't be. And Primeau, good grief how was he missed ...
